Returns and refunds

Handmade and custom items are unique and personalized, so they cannot be returned for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days and we will offer a replacement or refund.

For items that can be returned, please send them unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
