1. General
Welcome to Beltulip! We sell handmade, artisanal, and sometimes personalized items created with care. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
We currently ship worldwide.

3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock issues, errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices are correct at the time of listing; if a mistake occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Payment
Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We provide tracking information whenever possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Handmade and custom items are unique and personalized, so they cannot be returned for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

For items eligible for return, please send them unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect products.

7. Taxes & VAT
Prices include Spanish VAT (21%) for orders shipped within Spain.

International customers may be responsible for additional taxes or import duties in their country.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, illustrations, logos, and photos are owned by Beltulip.
Reproduction, resale, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Once the product is shipped, we cannot control carrier errors or delays.
We are not liable for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or postal disruptions.

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.
